When there are more applications than places for 2025-26 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Priority will be given to children who live closest to the school, measured in kilometres in a straight line (as the crow flies). ... When children have an equal claim to a place because their measurements are the same (for example, from a block of flats), we will use a lottery system (random allocation) to offer places to children.
Within each category, priority is given first to children with exceptional social, medical or pastoral need (evidenced), then to those with a sibling attending the school, before the tie-break of distance is applied.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
