Inspection grades (Ofsted, Estyn, Education Scotland, ETI), admissions numbers, exam results, demographics, absence, workforce, location, catchment data, and more — pulled from DfE, Companies House, and equivalent nation-specific sources. We update monthly. Claimed accounts can correct anything that looks wrong.

Enquiries land in your portal inbox and (optionally) an email of your choice. You can reply from the portal or directly by email. Every enquiry is tagged with the parent’s stated year group and move timeline if provided.
Yes — cancel in two clicks from Subscription settings in the portal. No notice period, no cancellation fee, and your profile simply reverts to the free Claimed tier (you keep the claim, you just lose the paid features).
