We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with School Atlas Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription only. It does not apply to renewal payments.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital content subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee aligns with this statutory cooling-off period.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
