School Atlas is operated by Stephen Spence (sole trader), 182 Heythorp Street, London, SW18 5BU, United Kingdom. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our website.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with School Atlas Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription only. It does not apply to renewal payments.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital content subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee aligns with this statutory cooling-off period.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@schoolatlas.co.ukwith the subject line “Refund Request”
2. Include the email address associated with your School Atlas account
3. We will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After the 14-Day Period

After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However:

• You may cancel at any time from your Account page or via the Stripe billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to Pro features until then
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Prolonged service outages that materially affected your use of the service
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other circumstances where a refund is fair and reasonable

These are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Free Tier

School Atlas offers a free tier with core features at no cost. No payment information is required to use the free tier, and there is nothing to refund.
