When there are more applications than places for 2026-27 (Year 3), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.

1. 1Looked after and previously looked after children — Children in Care, also known as Looked after Children (LAC, CiC) and children who were previously looked after but ceased to be so by reason of adoption (now known as a child arrangement order), or a Special Guardianship Order or children who appear to the Admission Authority to have been in state care (i.e. in the care of or accommodated by a public authority, religious organisation or any other provider whose sole/main purpose is to benefit society) outside of England but ceased to be so as a result of being adopted only.
2. 2Catchment area, partner infant school, sibling — Children who live in the catchment area, attend the partner infant school and who have a sibling at the school (or partner infant school) at the time of admission.
3. 3Catchment area, sibling (no partner infant school requirement) — Children who live in the catchment area who have a sibling at the school (or partner infant school) at the time of admission.
4. 4Catchment area and partner infant school — Children who live in the catchment area and who attend the partner infant school.

6. 6Outside catchment, partner infant school, sibling — Children who live outside the catchment area, but attend the partner infant school and have a sibling at the school (or partner infant school) at the time of admission.
7. 7Outside catchment, sibling — Children who live outside the catchment area, but have a sibling at the school (or partner infant school) at the time of admission.
8. 8Outside catchment, partner infant school — Children who live outside the catchment area, but who attend the partner infant school.
9. 9Outside catchment, unable to gain place at catchment school due to oversubscription — Children living outside the catchment area who have applied but been unable to gain a place at their Cambridgeshire catchment area school because of oversubscription.
10. 10Outside catchment, nearest by straight line — Children who live outside the catchment area, but nearest the school as measured by a single straight line

If two applications tie: Where places are oversubscribed within any of the above groups, priority will be given to children living nearest to the Academy. Measurements are carried out based on a straight line from the front door of the child's home address to the front door of the Academy.

The PAN of 65 is stated as per year group. The partner infant school is referenced throughout but not named in the document. Sibling is defined as: a brother or sister, half brother or sister, adopted brother or sister, step brother or sister, or the child of the parent/carer's partner, who must be primarily resident in the same family unit at the same address.
