When there are more applications than places for 2025-26 (Year 3), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: In cases of equal merit, priority will go first to children living nearest the school. The reference point for the measurement of the tie-break, for admissions purposes, is determined by the Ordnance Survey (OS) AddressBase Premium (tm). These distances are produced by the LA Admissions team for the school.
Children with an EHCP naming the school are admitted outside the criteria. Those with an EHCP not naming the school are referred to the Statutory Assessment Team (SAT). The school caters for ages 7–11 (Year 3 entry). Attendance at Crosshall Infant School does not guarantee admission to Crosshall Junior School.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
