When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: If there is oversubscription within a category then places will be allocated in that category based on distance from the school, with priority for admission given to children who live nearest to the school... A simple drawing of lots by a representative of the Local Authority will be used as a tie-break in category '3' above to decide who has highest priority for admission if the distance between two children's homes and the school is the same. This process will be independently verified.
These criteria are a shared Willow Tree Academy Trust policy applying to Greasbrough Primary School, Rockingham Junior & Infant School and Roughwood Primary School. A numeral '110' appears in the source text near criterion 2 but its meaning (e.g. admission number or page reference) is not clearly specified, so it has not been recorded as PAN.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
Same phase, ranked by distance and how closely they match.
