If two applications tie: Within each category, in order: (i) children of members of staff employed at the school for two or more years or recruited to a post with a demonstrable skill shortage; (ii) children with a sibling at the school at the intended time of admission; (iii) living in the parish of St Andrew's, Thornton Heath, or St Bartholomew's, Norbury; (iv) social, pastoral and medical needs evidenced by an appropriate professional authority; (v) proximity to the school of the child's home address measured in a straight line from the school entrance by the local authority using a geographical computerised system; equal distances decided by the drawing of lots
