When there are more applications than places for 2026-27 (Year 3), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.

1. 1Looked after and previously looked after children — Children Looked After and Previously Looked After Children. Including Children previously in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted.
2. 2Siblings in catchment — Siblings of students attending the school and living within the catchment area of the school.
3. 3Catchment feeder school attendees — Students living within the catchment area of the school and attending a feeder school at the time of application.
4. 4Catchment staff children — Students living within the catchment area of the school and who are children of any member of staff employed at the mainstream school in either of the following circumstances; Where that member of staff has been employed for two or more years at the time at which the application for admission is made, or the member of staff is recruited to fill a post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.
5. 5Living within catchment area — Students living within the catchment area of the school.
6. 6Sibling connection outside catchment — Students living outside of the catchment area but who would still have a sibling connection at school at the time of admission.
7. 7Feeder school attendees outside catchment — Students living outside of the catchment area who were attending a feeder school at the time of application.
8. 8Staff children outside catchment — Students living outside of the catchment area of the school and who are children of any member of staff employed at the school in either of the following circumstances; Where that member of staff has been employed for two or more years at the time at which the application for admission is made, or the member of staff is recruited to fill a post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.
9. 9Living outside catchment area — Students living outside of the catchment area of the school.
10. 10Nearest by straight-line distance — Students whose home is nearest to the school by the shortest straight-line distance.

If two applications tie: Students whose home is nearest to the school by the shortest straight-line distance is used as the final ranking criterion (rank 10).

This entry covers Year 6 (Year 3 normal entry point equivalent - transfer at age 10+) admissions; PAN for Year 6 is 120. EHCP-named children are deducted from the PAN before ranking and are not part of the oversubscription criteria (statutory duty, not a criterion).
