When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Where applicants are allocated the same criterion, priority is given in order of distance between the child’s home and the school applied for (shortest distance = highest priority). Distance is a straight-line measurement from the address point location coordinate of the home address (as set by Ordnance Survey) to the centre point (‘centroid’) of the school.
Warwickshire County Council is the admission authority for all community and voluntary controlled schools in Warwickshire. Determined arrangements 2027/28, primary schools (Reception entry). Children with an EHCP naming the school are admitted first; this is not an oversubscription criterion. The school's Priority Area ("catchment") is published by the council at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/mapinfantprimaryschools.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
