When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 7), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.

1. 1Looked after / previously looked after children — First priority for admission shall be given to relevant looked after children or children who were previously looked after but immediately after being looked after became subject to an adoption, child arrangement order, or special guardianship order.
2. 2Siblings — Second priority for admission shall be given to children who have a brother/sister, half-brother/sister (where the children share one common parent), or step-brother / step-sister, living at the same address and who will still be attending the school in the academic year 2027/28.
3. 3Distance — Third priority for admission shall be given to other children arranged in order of priority according to those children who live closest to the school, determined by a straight-line measurement in metres, from the home address to the main entrance of the school.

If two applications tie: Random allocation will be used as a tie-break to decide who has the highest priority for admission if the distance between two children's homes and the school is the same.

This is a multi-school trust document covering 16 schools: Manor Way Primary Academy (PAN 30), Tenterfields Primary Academy (PAN 30), Colley Lane Primary Academy (PAN 60), Milton Primary Academy (PAN 60), Greenways Primary Academy (PAN 30), Goldsmith Primary Academy (PAN 60), Rivers Primary Academy (PAN 60), Kingswinford Academy (PAN 180), Windsor High School and Sixth Form (PAN 280 Y7 / 180 Y12), Cheslyn Hay Academy (PAN 224 Y7), Great Wyrley Academy (PAN 150 Y7), Clayton Hall Academy (PAN 180), Newcastle Academy (PAN 120), Sir Thomas Boughey Academy (PAN 120), Windsor Olympus Academy (PAN 180, includes 10% aptitude/sport selective places), Windsor Apollo Academy (PAN 150 mainstream + 24 SRP). Criteria shown are the common criteria used by Dudley-LA schools; Staffordshire-LA schools add medical/exceptional circumstances as second priority and catchment area as fourth priority; Windsor Apollo Academy adds named feeder schools (Goldsmith Primary Academy, Rivers Primary Academy) as third priority. Arrangements are for September 2027 entry (academic year 2027/28).
