When there are more applications than places for 2026-27 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Within each of the eight categories, governors allocate in the following order: (1) those with a sibling on the school roll who will remain on roll at the entry date, highest number of siblings first; (2) those whose families live in the Parish of Sacred Heart, Wimbledon; (3) medical or social grounds making the school particularly suitable, supported by strong and relevant evidence from an appropriate authority; (4) distance of the child's home from school, measured in a straight line using the distance provided by the LA. Where children live the same distance from the school the ranking is determined by drawing lots.
