was the furthest place offered for 2026-27 (Reception). The council's figures don't show whether anyone was refused, so it may not have been a cut-off.
Last distance offered at Snodland CofE Primary School, year by year →
When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: In the event of the criteria being over-subscribed, applications will be ranked in accordance with proximity of the child's permanent residence to the school with the closest being given higher priority. In the unlikely event that two or more children in all other ways have equal eligibility for the last available place at the school, the names will be issued a number and drawn randomly to decide which child should be given the place (independently verified).
Children with a Statement of SEN or EHCP naming the school are admitted first (as required by law) and the PAN is reduced accordingly before other criteria are applied; this is not itself a numbered oversubscription criterion. Distance measured in a straight line using NLPG address point data.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
