When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 7), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: In the unlikely event that two or more children in all other ways have equal eligibility for the last available place at the school, the names will be issued a number and drawn randomly to decide which child should be given the place.
Before oversubscription criteria are applied, children with an EHCP naming the school are admitted first, reducing the published admission number accordingly. Sibling multiple births exception applies. Specialist Resourced Provision for Autistic Students has separate basic entry criteria requiring an EHCP naming autism as primary need, SRP on EHCP, and successful Kent PESE Procedure pass. Subsequent admission after September of Year 7 subject to places available for boys who passed Kent PESE elsewhere or in-school delivered tests.
