When there are more applications than places for 2026-27 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Proximity (criterion d) being the final tie breaker; if two or more pupils live equidistant, distance measured by road, and if still equal, places decided by Random Allocation.
Where a place is only available in any of the above criterion for one child from a multiple birth i.e. twins, each child will be offered a place.
