When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 9), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Should there be insufficient places available within each criterion, places will be allocated by Random Allocation under each specialism, supervised by someone independent to the UTC.
