When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 7), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Within criteria 2 to 8, a sibling at the same address comes first, then medical, social or pastoral grounds, then distance (straight line); a draw of lots settles a last place between equal distances. The policy's sub-criterion (c) applies only within criteria 2 and 3, unless places remain after all Catholic children are admitted.
