Read 2026-09-12 from Durham County Council's determined school admission arrangements 2027-2028 (report to Cabinet of 11 February 2026, key decision CYPS/2026/001), applied to this academy because Tudhoe Learning Trust — the admission authority — publishes "Durham County Council Admission Arrangements 2027-2028" as its own admissions policy on its policies page rather than a separate document. A child whose education, health and care plan names the school is admitted first; that is not an oversubscription criterion.

Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
