When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: In cases of equal merit, priority will go to the child living closest to the school by the shortest distance (as the crow flies). This will be determined using a combination of local maps and online resources e.g. Google Maps. In the event of (a) two or more children living at the same address point (e.g., children resident in a block of flats) or (b) two addresses measuring the same distance from the school, the ultimate tiebreaker will be random selection.
