When there are more applications than places for 2022-23 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Where applications within any category exceed places, priority is given in this order: i. Strength of evidence of commitment to the Catholic faith (Mass attendance in the Parish of Our Lady of the Angels) for Category 2; ii. Strength of evidence of commitment to the Catholic faith (Mass attendance in other Catholic churches) for Category 2; iii. A brother or sister on the school roll at the time of admission; iv. Social, pastoral and medical needs which make the school particularly suitable for the child; v. Distance from home to school, measured as a straight line from front gate of home to main gate of school using Bexley Council's computerised mapping system; where the last remaining place is to be allocated and two or more children live at the same distance, the place will be decided by the drawing of lots.
