When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 7), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Where a category is oversubscribed, applicants are ranked by straight-line distance from home (Ordnance Survey address point) to the nearest school gate for student use, calculated using Surrey County Council's GIS (mode of transport not considered). Where two or more children are equidistant, random allocation is used. In the case of multiple births with equal priority, if a place can be offered to at least one child, all children from that multiple birth are offered a place, even above PAN.
Children with an EHCP naming the school are allocated a place before other children are considered (stated ahead of the numbered list, not itself numbered). Document states: "Priority for those attending a feeder school will only be applied up until 31 August 2025, the point at which children will be considered to have left a feeder school" - this date (31 August 2025) is quoted verbatim as printed but appears to be a likely template date error for a document covering September 2027 entry (probably intended as 31 August 2027); not corrected here per anti-fabrication rules. Waiting lists run to the end of the 2027-28 academic year.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
