When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 7), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: If the school is over-subscribed within any criterion, places will be allocated to the child living closest to the school. Distances are measured using Surrey's Geographical Information System (GIS) in a straight-line from the address point of the child's home as set by Ordnance Survey, to the nearest school gate available for pupils to use. Where there are two or more applicants who live equidistant from the school or multiple addresses with the same address point, priority will be decided by an independently supervised lottery.
Criterion 2 (Practising Christians) is capped at 50% of intake; if applications under this criterion exceed 50%, all such applications are ranked by distance, with the remainder placed back into the general pool. Children of Staff (Criterion 4) must have been employed at the College for more than two years as of the closing date for applications.
