When there are more applications than places for 2020-21 (Year 3), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: For all children whose home is in the catchment area: priority will be given to those who have a longer (straight line measurement) journey, to an alternative school. For children whose home is outside the catchment area: priority will be given to those living nearest the school (straight line measurement).
The school will be required to admit a child with a statement of Special Educational Needs (SEND) and/or Education, Health and Care Plans if the statement or plan names the school before the following criteria are applied. The school is a C of E Voluntary Aided school but no faith-based oversubscription criteria are listed.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
