When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Reception), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Priority will be given to children living closest to the school, determined by the shortest distance. Distances are calculated between the Ordnance Survey address points for the school and the home measured in a straight line, and will be used as the final determining factor, nearer addresses having priority over more distant ones.
Within each category, exceptional social/medical/pastoral need (i) and sibling attendance (ii) increase priority within that category, applied in that order, before the numbered criteria list is used to rank between categories.
