Every applicant who applied on time was offered a place for 2026-27 (Year 3), so there was no cut-off distance. This changes from year to year; check the current year's figures before relying on it.
When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 3), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: If we cannot agree to requests for admission in the priorities below the first without exceeding the PAN, we will give priority up to the PAN to children living nearest the school. Distance is measured in a straight line from a child’s home address to the school using six-figure National Grid co-ordinates from the National Land and Property Gazetteer, accurate to within 1 metre. Children in priority 1 may be admitted above the PAN.
