When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 7), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Within each of the above criterion students will be ranked in order of those living closest to the school, using straight-line distance measured via NLPG address points; where distances are equal, names will be issued a number and drawn randomly to decide each child's ranked number.
Before applying oversubscription criteria, children with an EHCP naming the school are admitted first and the PAN reduced accordingly. Admission requires passing the Kent Test (or school admission test for in-year applications).
