When there are more applications than places for 2027-28 (Year 3), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: Priority will be given within each criteria for those living nearest the school according to distance, which will be measured in a straight line from the point set by Ordnance Survey at the child's home address and the school using Hillingdon Council's computerised mapping system.
Reproduced verbatim from the London Borough of Hillingdon's "School admissions September 2027" brochure, page 70, where the council prints this school's own summary of admissions criteria. The school is its own admission authority; its full determined arrangements are on the school's website. Council notes printed with the criteria: London Borough of Hillingdon is the admission authority for its community schools; these are the council's determined criteria for junior school (Year 3) places, brochure page 70. The supporting evidence in criteria 3 and 4 should set out the particular reasons why the school in question is the most suitable and the difficulties that would be caused if the child had to attend another school; applications must be supported by medical evidence from a GP or hospital consultant. * For the purposes of criteria 5 and 8, a sibling is a brother or sister, half-brother or sister with at least one parent in common, or adopted brother or sister living in the same household who currently attends the full-time school (not the nursery) and will continue to do so on the date of admission; linked infant and junior schools are considered to be the same school for these criteria. The distance priority radius is set by school size: one-form entry 500 metres, two-form 750 metres, three-form 1,000 metres, four-form 1,250 metres, five-form 1,500 metres.
Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
