When there are more applications than places for 2026-27 (P1), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.
If two applications tie: In the event of over-subscription in any one of the criteria taken in order, the following Sub-Criteria will be applied in the order set down.; children who have brothers/sisters, child of the family presently enrolled in the school.; children whose parent/guardian, brother/sister, child of the family are prior pupils of the school.; children whose parent/guardian, brother/sister is presently a teaching/ancillary/auxiliary staff member.; other pupils. If over-subscribed in any one of the Sub-Criteria, taken in order, final selection will be on the basis of the closeness of the home to the school measured by the shortest walking distance according to Google Maps. In the event of two or more children’s permanent residence being measured equal distance for the final place, children will be selected by age with the oldest being selected first. YEAR 1 ADMISSIONS – AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR Children who apply to enter the school during the academic year will be considered using the same criteria as for Year 1.
