When there are more applications than places for 2026-27 (P1), places are offered in this order of priority. Meeting a higher criterion beats meeting a lower one.

1. 1Children who will have attained compulsory school age at the time of their proposed admission, including those children whose parents deferred their admission to primary school in September 2025, living within the traditional catchment area (The catchment area map is available from the school office).
2. 2Children who will have attained compulsory school age at the time of their proposed admission, including those children whose parents deferred their admission to primary school in September 2025, who have brothers/sisters (half-brothers/sisters), child of the family presently enrolled at the school.
3. 3Children who will have attained compulsory school age at the time of their proposed admission, including those children whose parents deferred their admission to primary school in September 2025, regarded by the Board of Governors, on the basis of written or other evidence supplied by the parents/guardians and statutory or other agencies, as having special circumstances, (ie medical, social or security reasons).
4. 4Other children of compulsory school age. If there are more applicants satisfying the last one of the above criteria that can be applied than there are places remaining, then selection will take place on the basis of the chronological order of the ages of the children, oldest first. In the event of two or more identical dates of birth, selection will be made using the random letter-based tie-breaker as listed below. In the event of surnames beginning with the same letter the subsequent letters of the surnames will be used in alphabetical order. In the event of two identical surnames the alphabetical order of the initials of the forenames as per the birth certificate will be used.
