2. 2Siblings (note 4) of children on the roll of Ninfield CE School at the time of admission.

Supporting evidence from a professional is required such as a doctor and / or consultant for medical needs or a social worker, health visitor, housing officer, the police or probation officer for social needs. The evidence must confirm the child or family’s medical or social need and why that makes it essential that the child attends the academy rather than any other. 5. 5Other children living within the community area that has been designated to the school / academy.
6. 6Other children Definitions: Note 1: A 'looked after child' is a child who is (a) in the care of a local authority, or (b) being provided with accommodation by a local authority in the exercise of their social services functions (see the definition in Section 22(1) of the Children Act 1989) at the time of making an application to a school. Child arrangements orders are defined in Section 8 of the Children Act 1989, as amended by Section 12 of the Children and Families Act 2014. Child arrangements orders replace residence orders and any residence order in force prior to 22 April 2014 is deemed to be a child arrangements order.
