Devon County Council's determined Normal Round Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme 2027-28, determined 13 February 2026 and approved by Cabinet on 17 February 2026 (report CS/26/03). These are the county's shared oversubscription criteria for community and voluntary controlled INFANT and PRIMARY schools (Appendix 3), used by every school of that type for which the council is the admission authority. Criteria 3-5 (junior: 4-6) turn on the school's CATCHMENT AREA as set out in Devon's designated-area map. The scheme states no PAN - Devon's per-school policies, which carry the admission numbers, are published only behind a Microsoft SharePoint login at devon.cc/schoolpolicy, which was not attempted. Appendix 5 of the same scheme records a verified negative: there are no community or voluntary controlled SECONDARY schools in Devon, which our own records confirm (0 of 68).

Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
