Children in care / previously in care — Children in care and children who were previously in care but ceased to be so because they were adopted or became subject to a child arrangement or special guardianship order including those who appear to the admission authority AAT to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in care as a result of being adopted; 2. Siblings — Children with siblings who will still be attending the preferred academy at the time of their admission; 3. Criteria 2(a) and 2(b), which apply only to Biscovey Academy and Bude Primary Academy - Juniors respectively, are not applicable to Sandy Hill Academy and have been omitted. These oversubscription criteria are shared across all Aspire Academy Trust (AAT) academies as published in the trust-wide determined admission arrangements document. Trust-wide admission arrangements: one determined document covers every member academy named in it (this school included); the oversubscription criteria were extracted once from that document and apply to each member. The school's own published admission number is held separately.

Published by the admission authority. Meeting a criterion never guarantees a place — it sets the order places are offered in. Full detail, other entry points and previous years are on the Admissions tab.
